The family farm is located on a hill facing the Adriatic sea. The whole land has irrigation and extends to approximately ten hectares with 2,400 first-rate olive trees: Frantoio, Coratina, Leccino, Pechiolina, and Ogliarola Salentina, age-old trees.
Olives are hand-picked and/or machine harvested for them not to fall to the ground. After accurate washing, they are timely pressed to enhance their aroma and give a charming sweetness and an extraordinary flavour to our sublime olive oil.
